Vanta Diagnostics Acquires Key Genomind Assets

This week, Vanta Diagnostics—a fast growing, national diagnostics laboratory headquartered in Charleston, SC, has entered into an agreement to acquire key Genomind assets—including its genetics lab, clinical operations, and direct-to-provider business.

While you will see a new name and logo soon, we expect minimal changes in the day-to-day for our providers and patients.

Vanta Diagnostics brings significant scale, infrastructure, and a large commercial presence across the country. Vanta offers a variety of diagnostic solutions, which now includes the Genomind PGx test. Vanta’s goal is to become the national leader in pharmacogenetics. As the two businesses move forward together, this new partnership will accelerate innovation, expand the scope of the genetic panel, and ultimately help serve more patients with greater confidence.
